Doing Life With Your Adult Children

The idea for this group came after ready the book Doing Life With Your Adult Children: Keep Your Mouth Shut & The Welcome Mat Out. Many people face similar questions, issues and uncertainties about specific areas in their relationship with their grown children, especially from a spiritual stand point. Come and join us for a practical talk about the life of parents to grown children.

Nothing is more important than sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with our young people. This Wednesday group is a laid-back time where the youth can learn the truths of scripture, share in groups, and top it all off with lots of fun.

This group centers on bringing God’s hope and love to people experiencing physical and emotional crises. It is open to anyone facing a need, and all are welcome. Dr. Elaine is a licensed therapist who often enlists other medical professionals to come and share in their areas of expertise.

This group is designed to help the participants move past oberservation to participation in their person discipleship journey. Together, we will look at the scriptures surrounding Sunday’s sermon, how they apply to us today and how we can use this knowledge to help us grow spiritually.
Faith in Action: Serving Like Christ

Age Group: Open to all
Discover the joy of deepening and living our your faith through acts of service. This group explored why Jesus calls us to serve others, and how we can reflect His love through practical, hands on opportunities. On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, we group will have a Bible Study/Planning session when they dive into the scripture, engage in group discussion and collaborate to identify and carry out a meaningful project in our church or community. The service project will take place on the 3rd Saturday of the month.

Serve Days, Outreach, and Special Projects

Time: Saturday mornings are the primary days, although special projects and ministry opportunities may occur on other days.

Outreach Pastor Paul Steeger enlists the help of church volunteers to participate in our scheduled Saturday Serve Days and also for Special Projects throughout the year.
